Favorite Picturesss

 This picture was taken down at the river in the spring time when they water was extremely high. I like this picture because of the black and white contrast and I just think its a neat picture. I'm not sure what I would do to this picture to improve it, I like it like this!

 

This picture was also taken down by the river when me and my boyfriend decided to go fishing. I wasn't catching anything so I took some pictures. I like this picture because of the colors in the water and also the reflection.

 This picture was also taken when I went fishing with my boyfriend down by the river. I like this picture because of the sun right above Deslyn's head and the old gate and river in the background. If I could retake this picture I would probly put a different setting on my camera so the sun wasn't so white.

 This picture was taken at the Arboretum when the class went there first hour. I like this picture because I like the black background and the green tint to the flower. To improve this I would probly crop it closer to the flower.

 This picture was taken inside of my house when a bunch of people brought flowers to us because my dad was sick. I'm not too sure why I actually like this picture, but I do. Probly because of the dark background contrasting with the bright flower. It could probly be more in-focus though.

 I took this picture for my first photography assignment! It is just a sail boat decoration in our house but it worked well for the assignment. I like this photo because the sail boat looks old and I like that look and because I love black and white pictures.

 This picture was taken the other day for a water assignment. It is one of the windows to our basement and I like this picture because of the old worn out look and I like the water looks pretty cool. To improve this I would set a different setting on my camera to make the rain more in-focus.

Water

I finally did my water assignment! All I did for this assignment was spray some random items outside of my house with the hose and this is what I came up with. 

Fishing!!!

Me and Deslyn got bored one day so we decided to go fishing at the river. My brother had just boughten night crawlers so it worked out perfectly, and I almost caught a fish!!!! But then it got off the line. The only bad part of fishing is that I have to put my own worms on the hook and that's probly one of the nastiest things ever!

Arboretum

Our class went to the Arboretum and I took pictures of all the flowers I could find. This was a fun assignment because me and Katrina took jumping pictures half of the time!

Bubbles!!

 This is Katrina!! It took awhile for me to get the timing down good to actually get the bubble in the picture but I got the hang of it. I liked this assignment because we finally got to get out of the classroom and go outside and enjoy the nice weather!

Derivative

I wasn't planning on taking this picture for my assignment but my first idea did not work. I tried putting my brothers face on his hand for my first idea but his skin color on his face didn't match his hand. 

Rural life

I decided to take pictures of the river because my brother told me to and I had no idea what to take pictures of to attract people to Clark County ha. And since I live right next to the river it was very convenient. 

Hard Select

Our assignment was to either make ourselves tiny or a giant. I decided to go with being tiny, obviously. Idk why I decided to be on my piano, it just seemed like a good idea. And I had my little brother take the picture of me, it took him awhile but this one works.

Down and Dirty

Clarence!! This picture took forever to get because my dog is very difficult. I took about 9238 pictures of him and this is about the only one that turned out.

This assignment was to take some pictures of different lines. I had no idea what to take pictures of so these are not that great.

Cd Cover

This assignment was to create a CD cover to fit the music style that was randomly selected for us. I ended up getting R & B. When I looked up R & B CD covers, almost every single one had a close up of the artist, so that is what I did. I tied in the green in every picture and this is what it turned out to be.

This picture was taken during the light parade at Magic Kingdom. I couldn't take my mom's camera so I had to use mine and mine does not take good pictures so this is pretty blurry. 

 This was taken at Epcot while it was POURING. It rained a lot.

This was taken on the way to Florida on the bus. It is blurry because we were moving but I still decided to post it.

This is our chandelier and I really had no idea what to take a picture of so I got some ideas from other classmates.

Derivative

These photos are my attempts to replicate the originals (my photos are the first two). Berenice Abbott was the photographer who originally took these. Most of her work is in black and white. Her main subject is New York City, but I obviously could not take pictures of New York, so I chose to replicate her more simple work. I used my brothers hands but he was really crabby so I could only take a few photos because he wouldn't stand still.
